200 x 80 Pavan 824/IL 240 x 100 Pavan 824/IL 280 x 100 Pavan 824/IL Stainless steel trowel. Wooden handle. Special for marble like finishing. Welded. These trowels are special spring steel, and have rounded corners and edges. These are not normal trowels such as the ones you may find in a plaster store. These trowels are specific to Venetian Plaster, and it is extremely difficult to create nice finishes without these. There are three sizes, the larger size is for general purpose applications, with the medium and smaller trowel used more for final coats and burnishing. The last coats have to be applied with force, and burnished and compressed, requiring a small trowel for extra force.

Reinforced Sicodur plastic white base trowel. This trowel comes in a medium and a Large size. This is a great trowel for general purpose application of products that are light in colour so not to transfer any carbon to your product. The large size trowel is perfect for applying render coats, as its much wider than a standard steel trowel, being 130 mm wide, allowing you to pick up an entire hawks worth of product in one go. The medium size trowel works great for general burnishing of products as its extremely stiff. I always use this for exterior marmorino projects.

Marmorino Palladino after applying the second coat can be rolled over lightly with this pit roller to create what is known as the ‘stony’ effect. It essentially creates a look like a very lightly pitted stone. This is a special roller with a rubber head that has small rubber nibs at its end, to create this unique effect.

These trowels are perfect for applying any stucco or tadelakt finishes, where you need a trowel that has a much more refined edge than the 817 RS, and comes in the small 200 x 80 size as well for final coats. You can also use these to apply and smooth your final coats of tadelakt. These trowels are absolutely crucial for anyone who wants to do any light colours of stucco or tadelakt, as you will almost immediately darken your product with carbon marks the second you start using steel trowels.
